Finch, Behrendorff Blows England to Seal Semi-Final Berth.

After that looking for momentum australia couldn't capitalize on a solid start and lost wickets on regular intervals. Alex carey's some late order burts helped Australia to post a competitive 285-7 in alloted fifty overs.
Chasing a target of 286 England's opening duo of bairstow and Vince failed again. Vince who was replaced by Roy were not so impressive again. He was dismissed for a golden duck by jason behrendorff's inswing. England lost their top batsmen Vince, root and morgan at the score of 23 only. Mitchell starc was the main architect for this destruction. Only Ben stokes Showed some resistance with a handy 89. Rest of the english batsmen were below average while chasing a stiff target. Jason behrendorf who was playing his first match blows england with a five wicket haul and he was supported by Mitchell starc who dismissed four english batsmen to send england in a state of tatters. England were folded on 221 in 44.4 overs falling short by 64 runs. With this win defending champions Australia becomes the first team in this years world cup to qualify for the top four.
